There is a single drain at the south end but the floor peaks in the middle so half the floor slopes to the drain in the south end but the floor to the north of the middle slopes to the end where there s no drain and water thus pools. You do a run at 1 4 minimum per foot to the farthest corner. Strike a level line all the way around the shower. It s an easy fix with the right tools and products and i can show you how it s done by a tile professional.

The builder seller is going to fix it. After a shower the water may take up.
