Note that if you place floor tiles on the upper level and try to build stairs down from that level you will need to remove the floor tiles from the stairwell because if there is no hole in the floor the stairs will only try to go up.

My aim is to create a mini city within one lot. This is useful if you don t want a chimney sticking too far out of the roof. 4 use chimney segments as additional architectural build mode objects. It s still not enough.

I had to build fences round the stairs which is really strange looking when there s nothing holding up the fence. Because it s very important for me. But now i had a really hard time removing the flooring on the second floor to get the open space i wanted. This means houses like basement 3 floors roof or terrace.

Once i put some floor tiles outdoor not in a room how can i remove them and get back to original terrain. As for longer chimneys beyond the six floor limit it is not possible at this time since the chimney segments cannot be made to stack each other. The last patch update of the 26th of march has not yet. There could still be more than 3 floors. In the sims all structures are limited to 2 floors. As i can recall this have been really easy to achieve in previous versions of the sims.

It is urgent origin. By default the sims 2 allow you to built up to 5 levels. I want to not only have a small number of 4 storeys and 2 basement levels.
